JOB DESCRIPTION-Business Development Manager
Location- Remote Working (Kolkata/ Raipur/Chandigarh & Bangalore)
Working Hours- 10:30 am to 7:30pm
Working Days- 6 (Monday to Sat)
CTC 30k to 40k
Qualification- MBA/PGDM (Sales and Marketing)
Experience- 3 to 5 years in the same profile
Age criteria- Applicants must be in the age group of 23 to 40 yrs (Male Candidates preferred)
(Note: Should have own Vehicle (4-Wheeler) and Driving License.)
Key Skills & Competencies Required:
1. Prior experience in developing and managing dealer networks.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to maintain, organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
4. Strong presentation skills.
5. Excellent Knowledge of software tools like Google calendar, Google sheets, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
6. A drive to seek new business
7. Candidate must have product sales experience
8. Candidate preferably be from Luxury retail brands or Kitchen Industry
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Expand Business in the allotted area through Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMCs and networking with them to generate a continuous flow of business leads proactively.
2. Identifying prospective clients, and generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitable sales growth.
3. Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
4. Preparing financial projections and sales targets
5. Entire state travelling required for business meetings
6. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
7. Responsible for P&L for his location
8. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
9. SCP(stock channel partner) & Slab targets need to achieve
