The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a deep understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Present and pitch company products/services to potential clients.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide insights to improve business strategies.

Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business development materials to engage clients and win new business.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress to senior management.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Industry-specific experience is a plus.
