We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Business Development Executive with a specialized focus on bidding to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the IT industry through market research and networking.
Develop and execute a comprehensive bidding strategy to secure new projects and contracts.
Prepare persuasive and competitive bids, proposals, and tender responses in collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards in all bidding documents.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales activities and progress.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong understanding of bidding processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
