Job Brief:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate should be resilient, empathetic, and dedicated to driving company growth. They will
be responsible for acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and enhancing business
operations.
The role involves selling E-commerce marketplace subscriptions (., Amazon, Flipkart,
Meesho), identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The
selected candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage
business operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Sell E-commerce marketplace subscriptions (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
Acquire and manage new client relationships.
Develop long-term sales strategies to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and address feedback effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality.
Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in E-commerce.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
