1. Taking care of the Business Development Activities of the allotted schools & Colleges.
2. Processing Business to Business Activities ( B2B) based on the need.
3. Discussing the proposals with the Superior and submit the same to the colleges with the heads approval.
4. Responsible for bringing business through Seminars, Workshops ,Helpdesks and other Marketing g with Short Term Courses from all Schools, Colleges.
5. Ensuring the Trainers are handling the Classes smoothly as per the allotted batches under the guidance of the Department Head.
6. Responsible to achieve the Targets.
7. Submitting Daily Sales &Call Reports to the respective Head & MD whenever he requires the same.
8. Responsible for collecting the payments/ Fees from the students in Inhouse and the Institutions that we are in association with.
9. Responsible for the other duties that are assigned by the Management.
10. Work Closely with the technical / Academic Teams to offer comprehensive training results.
11. Divide a plan and Manage to close the deals
12. Focus on B2B activities of the Organization that are in tie ups.
13. Responsible for maintaining the databases effectively.
14. Incentives are applicable.
15. Educational Industry ( s,Akash,etc ) is preferable
