Job Description

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

• Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

• Able to negotiate with clients considering the business continuity

• Able to analyse the situation and respond accordingly Fast learner and passion for sales

• Able to achieve targets as set by the management Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

• Extensive sales experience. Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role

• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills and intermediate in Kannada and Hindi

• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

Neat, well-groomed appearance. Professional yet affable disposition.

• Great networking skills. Emboldened by challenges.

• Excellent written and verbal communication. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

2-wheeler is mandatory and should be willing to work in the field

• Knowledge of MS Office

• 6 days working, rotational week off
