To power the growth, we are recruiting business development engineer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sorting, reviewing & refreshing client / contact database.
2. Calling clients to introduce our company & products.
3. Maintaining & updating of client call log.
4. Sending introductory letters & promotional materials to prospective clients / key decision makers (KDM) (awareness building).
5. Obtaining feedback from prospective clients / KDM & gauging reaction.
6. Fixing meetings with KDM / understanding their requirements / perspective.
7. Visiting clients to build awareness of our company.
8. Obtaining inquiries from clients & understanding requirements.
9. Making offers based on understanding of clients’ requirements.
10. Ensuring client / KDM understands offer & key highlights of offer.
11. Negotiating with client for award.
12. Finalizing award in consultation with sales / client team.
13. Providing feedback.
14. Coordinating with relevant teams for dispatch, invoicing, payments, etc.
15. Additional responsibilities - Trade shows & Exhibitions, International marketing, Digital marketing.
16. Assisting in preparation of brochures, catalogues, websites, etc.
SALARY & ALLOWANCES
Fixed monthly salary will be offered along with generous incentives for achieving targets. Besides this, traveling allowances will be offered for work related travel.
CONTRACT PERIOD
The associate will undergo training for a period of 3 months with a clearly defined progress chart. On successful completion of training, associate shall be engaged for an initial contract period of 2 years subject to achieving the defined goals.
