Role Overview: We are looking for experienced sales professionals from the EdTech industry with a proven track record in converting leads and driving admissions. As a Business Development Associate / Academic Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding judiciary aspirants through their enrollment journey. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a target-driven environment and are passionate about sales and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Engage proactively with potential judiciary aspirants via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert leads into enrollments.
Consultative Sales: Leverage your EdTech sales experience to understand students' requirements and recommend the most suitable plans.
Follow-ups & Closing: Execute consistent follow-ups on leads to maximize conversion rates. Handle objections effectively and ensure timely closures.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock industry-best incentives.
CRM Management: Maintain precise records of leads
Who Can Apply?
