-- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all the areas of operations including recruitment, training , business operation, management and team leading.

-- Recruitment Process : Interview + IRDAI Exam + OJT.
-- IRDAI Exam Center: NSE-IT Center(Near your Location).
-- Location: This hiring is being done for Kolkata Regional Office.
-- Office Working Days : 5 Days(Monday to Friday).
-- Working Time : 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
-- This Job is totally work from home and It's a Fix Salary.
-- If you get selected in interview then your next step will be exam of IC(Insurance Consultant).
-- IRDAI exam Mandatory for this job because here you will start with an IC designation.
-- Company provides 7 days training properly + product session for exam.
-- For your help company provides experienced seniors , and a whatsapp group, IRDAI Exam aap, mock series, study material all over.
-- During the training period, Trainees will receive a stipend of 60k to according to their performance base.
-- The training (theory and practical) will be approximately 3 months. Currently, training will be provided via ZOOM apps.
