-Engaging with our existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling of our products/services.

-Generating leads for our software solutions using tele-calling & on-site meetings

-Helping with follow-ups and other activities to improve conversion of leads.

-Calling & meeting leads obtained from Digital Marketing, Webinars, etc & arranging demos for prospects with the pre-sales team.

-Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

-Understand challenges faced by Indian SMB's & gather market feedback.
