ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Lead the team of business development trainee's to achieve the given targets.
*Assist in building a team of dedicated employees for the organisation.
*Directly responsible for performance and growth of sales executives.
*Work closely with multiple teams and departments of our company
* Maintaining a detailed data base of all the batches and providing constant feedback on the quality of work.
*Handling escalations and improve training methodologies.
* Continuous monitoring of teams to improve performance and quality check.
* Effective handling of teams and queries of trainees. * Researching and creating new sales strategies.
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience of 0-1 year in Ed-tech industry inmanaging sales team. *Individual with exceptional communication and
problem solving skills. *Good knowledge in objection handling and team
building.
*Excellent organisational skills to meet goals and set priorities. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
Responsibilities . Own the entire proposal process: identify
customer's needs, develop win themes, and
produce complete proposals
Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
Provide administrative support as well as excellent
customer service and smooth communications Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
