Studio GENESIS is looking for the candidates for the position of Business Development Associate for our architectural and interior design studio with previous experience in the same industry/ Job profile.

This job is to identify potential clients, pitch services to clients and maintain a good working relationship.

The following are the key Responsibilities and Skills Required for the position:

Responsibilities:-

- Generate Leads for Interiors/ Architectural projects.

- Meet prospective clients.

- Source deals from local networks.

- Participate in the tendering process.

- Make and pitch presentations/ services to clients.

Skills Required:-

-Excellent writing and communication skills.

-Interpersonal skills and ability to build reports with clients.

-Good listening and problem-solving skills.

-Time management skills.

-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

-Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' requirements.

-MS Office, Specially working in Excel and PowerPoint.

The salary compensation for this position is Hybrid {Base salary(INR 20,000 - 25,000 based on relevant experience) plus commission(1% of total project value converted by the candidate)}.
