We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Associate to help us expand our clientele.
You will be the front of the company and will need strong dedication and confidence to create maximum daily sales.
The Business Development Associate is responsible for successfully selling digital360 package to retail shops and businesses within their area. This package will help the retail shop move their business online and will also help generate sales commission for the associate.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop new clients within your area by locally approaching, introducing and convincing the businesses to move online.
Build and manage sales pipeline and ensure disciplined activity on your prospect list.
Spend a high percentage of his/her time engaging in sales activities such as prospecting and enquiry generation.
Door to door Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. * Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Coordinate and Set up meetings with client decision makers and yocta sales champions.
Strong self-motivation and independent work skills.

Benefits
Sales commission 30% of Package amount.
Beginning of 3 months candidate have to achieve target of 50 closures, after achieving target we will take candidate on payroll (CTC + incentives).
