To achieve personal sales targets, including call rates, lead generation, and contract sales.

To contribute towards the delivery of the team and organisational sales targets.

To sell gas and electricity supply contracts, to customers ensuring required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.

To lead the generation and appointment arranging for Field Sales.

To gain information from interaction with customers to improve and help define sales approach.

Accurate and timely update of internal systems.

Ensuring accurate customer take-on according to process.

Adherence to Sales Limits of Authority and other internal process and risk frameworks.

Where appropriate, ensure that contract disputes are resolved in a timely manner.

Outcome, Results and Key Performance Indicators:

Achievement of budgeted sales as per personal targets, including number of sales, number of calls and number of quotes.

Lead generation and appointment setting for the Field Sales team.

To develop pipeline and referral opportunities for future sales.

To maximize sales revenue.
