• To achieve personal sales targets, including call rates, lead generation, and contract sales.
• To contribute towards the delivery of the team and organisational sales targets.
• To sell gas and electricity supply contracts, to customers ensuring required Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are achieved.
• To lead the generation and appointment arranging for Field Sales.
• To gain information from interaction with customers to improve and help define sales approach.
• Accurate and timely update of internal systems.
• Ensuring accurate customer take-on according to process.
• Adherence to Sales Limits of Authority and other internal process and risk frameworks.
• Where appropriate, ensure that contract disputes are resolved in a timely manner.
