Job description of a BDA {Business Development Associate}
This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU's unique way of learning in your city. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU's unique way of learning and convert them into premium subscribers in your designated zones.
Day Location Task
Wednesday - Office - Make calls,Book appointments
Thursday - Office - Make calls,Book appointments
Friday - Office- Make calls,Book appointments
Saturday- Field - Meet booked appointments, onspot sales
Sunday - Field - Meet booked appointments, onspot sales
Monday - Home - Netflix and Chill
Tuesday - Home - Netflix and Chill
Must have requirements:
1. Should be a graduate (any graduate is okay).
2. Should be passionate about sales.
All female are hired only for inside sales whose package post training is 5+3LPA
Note- You will go through a 8 weeks Business Development training program, based on successful completion you will be promoted to become a full fledge Business Development Associate
Business Development Trainee - INR 5,00,000 CTC
(3 lpa fixed + 2lpa variable)8 weeks program
Business Development Associate (direct sales) - INR 10,00,000 CTC (7 lpa fixed + 3 lpa variable)
Business Development Associate (indirect sales) - INR 8,00,000 CTC (5 lpa fixed + 3 lpa variable)
- Even if you have 4+ years of experience you will have to go through the training period with 23k as you fixed salary for the first three months.
