Job Description:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments in the IoT/ICT
sector(Information and Communication Technology) , predominantly in the public sector
for business expansion.
Proactively generate new leads through various channels such as referrals, pre-existing
contacts, networking, email campaigns etc.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and pain points.
Present the company's software and hardware solutions to clients, showcasing their value
and benefits.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align
strategies and deliver effective solutions.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients to ensure client
satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations until the
award of project
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to
management.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the software
and hardware sectors.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor Degree.
2-5 years of experience in Business Development.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role in the software and
hardware technologies sector.
Strong understanding of software and hardware technologies, industry trends, and market
dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
influence clients.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
