Job Description:
● Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments in the IoT/ICT
sector(Information and Communication Technology) , predominantly in the public sector
for business expansion.
● Proactively generate new leads through various channels such as referrals, pre-existing
contacts, networking, email campaigns etc.
● Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and pain points.
● Present the company's software and hardware solutions to clients, showcasing their value
and benefits.
● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements.
● Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
● Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align
strategies and deliver effective solutions.
● Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients to ensure client
satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
● Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations until the
award of project
● Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to
management.
● Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the software
and hardware sectors.
Qualifications:
● Any Bachelor Degree.
● 2-5 years of experience in Business Development.
Technical Skills:
● Proven experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role in the software and
hardware technologies sector.
● Strong understanding of software and hardware technologies, industry trends, and market
dynamics.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
influence clients.
● Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
● Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
