Job Description

1. Conduct market research and identify potential clients.

2. Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining the existing client relationships.

3. Maintain customer records and follow ups.

4. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

5. Working on lead generation and customer conversion.

6. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

7. Identify new business opportunities and partners.
