Business Development Associate POSITION TYPE: Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Development Associate must be an energetic self-starter who

can quickly grasp a start-up company’s vision, develop specific tactical plans, and begin

implementation upon appropriate approvals. The candidate must be resourceful and able to develop

a well-defined time management process to progress the vision of assigned leads and give the

deliverables on time.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:  Education in Engineering, business/marketing, with good knowledge relating to new business

development, marketing, and sales.

• Student/Fresher in good standing progressing towards degree.

Responsibilities:  Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set

goals and objectives.  Identifying potential clients.  Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.  Willing to meet the client on requirement and follow up on regular basis.  Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.  Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing

sales data to inform or update marketing team lead.  Assist with drafting business plans, presentations, reference products and other documents as

required.  Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.  Identify new business opportunities.  Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels

of management, staff, and clients.

Requirements:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.  Strong organization and project management skills.  Friendly and personable demeanour.  Proficient in Microsoft Office.  Excellent presentation
