ROLE: Business Development Associate
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contributing with individual and tem performance
• liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• maintaining and updating customer databases
• organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
• contributing to developing, marketing plans and strategies;
• supporting Director and other colleagues.
• analysing and investigating price, demand and competition
• devising and presenting ideas and strategies
• promotional activities
• writing reports
• Performing demonstrations to customer
• Lead generation through all modes of sales like online enquiries, cold calls, appointment based visits and follow up and convert to orders
Computer Skills
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, power point and Excel.
