Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Location: Remote / Work from home.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting in meeting coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused mindset to drive sales and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads.

Identify and qualify prospects for our services.

Schedule appointments and meetings with the sales team for potential clients.

Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to nurture relationships.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about company services.

Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Address customer concerns, handle objections, and provide solutions.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 0-3 years in telecalling, lead generation, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Good listening skills and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
