To handle the sales operations of the department, appointments and the end result
on follow ups and conversions.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing accurate information
and resolving inquiries or complaints effectively.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with existing and potential
customers.
Plan and focus on the revenue generation.
Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team to meet customer
expectations as well as internal and external standards.
Prepare action plan by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales
leads and prospects.
Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers: send a high volume of
email communication to potential customers.
Responsible for meeting daily, monthly and quarterly targets.
Continuously enhance sales and product knowledge through training sessions and
self-learning.
