Job Description

As a Business Development Associate driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with preschools, and promoting our unique product offerings. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the success of our products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential preschools and educational institutions that can benefit of the company products.

Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline.

Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present our offerings and demonstrate how they can add value to their institutions.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products to decision-makers at preschools and educational institutions.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing long-term contracts with educational institutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system and report on progress regularly to management.

Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the education or publishing industry or any industry is fine.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
