Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Associate responsible for lead generation through social platforms, counseling candidates via virtual or telephonic communication, and selling courses. The role also involves assisting the HR department in hiring and onboarding processes to ensure smooth operations and drive growth.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification:

o Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (preferred).

2. Experience:

o 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).

3. Technical Requirements:

o Access to a personal laptop with a stable internet connection.

o A quiet and distraction-free workspace.

4. Skills & Competencies:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proven sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.

o Experience in lead generation and prospecting.

o Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

5. Mandatory:

o A strong desire to pursue higher education, specifically an MBA.

6. Additional Preferences:

o Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is an added advantage.

o A passion for continuous learning and professional develop.

TWOSS Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 11am to 9pm

Weekly Off Saturday, Sunday.
