Job description
We are hiring for a young, passionate & dynamic BDA who has a deep understanding of sales processes, sales systems, and innovative enablement solutions in Edu-Tech industry.
What you will do:
Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth.
Communicate company products and services via cold calling, E-mail.
Responsible for scheduling Product demo to the customers.
Build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
Manage pricing negotiations and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.
Responsible for intense follow up with the potential prospects in closing the sales.
Contribute individually to achieve weekly and monthly Sales targets in a performance-driven competitive environment.
Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team’s performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc
Be a self-starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
Remain knowledgeable about all organization’s products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
To research and analyze the customer’s requirements and present best solutions.

Candidate must be fluent with English language / US Accent.
Candidate with any Graduate/Post Graduate qualification.
Should have minimum 1 year or more experience in sales / Business Development.
