Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations:

Identify and engage potential investors for real estate projects.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and institutional investors.

Conduct meetings and presentations to promote investment opportunities.

Market Research:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.

Stay updated on real estate market dynamics and investment strategies.

Sales and Business Development:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve investment targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for investors.

Drive lead generation activities through networking, events, and digital channels.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the project management and finance teams to understand project timelines and financial projections.

Coordinate with legal teams to finalize investment agreements.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience:

13 years of experience in business development, sales, or investor relations (preferably in real estate or financial services).

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market data and present insights effectively.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
