Job description:

1. To handle the sales operations of the department, appointments and the end result on follow ups and conversions.

2. To work hand in hand with the Marketing department in order to focus on how to have new innovative marketing strategies in order to make the products reach out to the target audience.

3. Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries or complaints effectively.

4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

5. Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers.

6. Plan and focus on the revenue generation.

7. Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team to meet customer expectations as well as internal and external standards

8. Prepare a detailed business plan so you will not lose sight of your goals and objectives

9. Prepare action plan by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects

10. Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers: send a high volume of email communication to potential customers

11. Provide daily and monthly reports to the Management

12. Responsible for meeting daily, monthly and quarterly targets

13. Continuously enhance sales and product knowledge through training sessions and self-learning

Education Qualification :

Any Graduate or Post Graduate

Experience Requirement:

- 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Business Development

- Experience in BFSI or EdTech is an added advantage.

- Freshers Can also apply

Language Requirement :

-Should know 3-4 Languages

- English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, is preferable
