Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Business Development Associates to join our team in the telecom and ISP sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and providing solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Lead Generation

Identify potential customers and market opportunities within the telecom and ISP sector.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer demands to build a robust sales pipeline.

Develop and implement strategies to approach potential clients.

Sales & Business Development

Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to promote company products and services.

Build strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Negotiate terms of agreements, contracts, and close deals effectively.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers by providing excellent post-sales support.

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Collaboration & Reporting

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, and marketing) to ensure customer needs are met.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve product offerings and strategies.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in the telecom/ISP industry).
