Role & Responsibilities:
01. Generate secondary sales per month as per assigned target from the assigned set of
contractor’s in territory
02. Daily Visits to new sites provided by Painters/Contractors/dealers/self to pitch Nerolac
products
03. Walk in Sites to be registered and assign to Painters/contractors
04. To handle minimum 80 Painter/Contractors from his Market
05. Make Painters/Contractors calls in a day as per the PJP
06. Conduct Market activities as per annual allocation by HO Marketing
07. Regular Updation of contractor point in NPP Call Centre
08. Education/Communication to Painter/contractors of new initiatives taken by HO Marketing
09. Ensure timely gift redemption of all painters/contractors of his depot
10. Handle Painters/contractor complaints related to scheme gratifications
re POSM Visibility at Dealer Outlet.
12. Ensure Painter/Contractor secondary schemes communication
13. New Product Launch/Go to market plan execution at Painters/contractor point.
