Job Description

Position Overview

A Telecalling Sales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products or services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections to achieve sales targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain the features, benefits, and value of the product or service.

Sales Target Achievement

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.

Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to customers.

Customer Engagement

Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints or objections professionally.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Data Management

Record all call details, customer information, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and meet shared goals.

Provide input on customer preferences and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications

Education: Minimum high school diploma; Bachelors degree is a plus.

Experience: 02 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience. Freshers are welcome.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive, with the ability to handle objections confidently.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

Time management and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
