Job Overview:
We are seeking an In-Person Business Development Manager to help us establish and nurture B2B connections through physical visits to offices and networking events. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and outgoing individual who can effectively build and maintain strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify potential B2B partners and target companies for collaboration through market research and industry analysis.
Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to meet key decision-makers and establish rapport with potential business partners.
Meetings: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to discuss potential collaborations and business opportunities.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential B2B partners, ensuring a positive brand image and reputation.
Negotiation: Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and market insights, sharing this information with the team to facilitate strategic decisions.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of meetings, conversations, and partnerships, providing regular reports to the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking abilities and a confident, outgoing personality.
Ability to travel and attend events as needed.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
