- Identify and research potential clients such as corporations, event organizers, travel agencies, and group booking clients.
- Use various methods (cold calling, networking, digital outreach) to generate leads and create a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive hotel bookings and long-term partnerships.
- Promote the hotels amenities, services, special offers, and unique selling points (USP) to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, packages, and terms of contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work to close deals efficiently and follow up to ensure timely bookings and payments.
- Analyze the local market trends, customer demands, and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with the hotels overall goals.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients, and track leads, sales activities, and results using CRM software.
- Support event planning teams in securing group bookings for conferences, weddings, and corporate events.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions with potential clients and ensure follow-ups are timely and consistent.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote the hotel and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Assist in developing brand-awareness strategies to increase visibility and attract new clients.
