Position Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and market research.

Develop and maintain a database of leads and contacts.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.

Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Planning and Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

Set and track sales targets and ensure they are met.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Market Analysis:

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Analyze market potential, track sales, and report on competition.

Administrative Duties:

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
