Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate at Kalvium's Bengaluru campus. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new leads and sales through research and presentation skills. The role requires strong communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

Presentation Skills and Presentation experience

Lead Generation and Market Research skills

Excellent Communication skills in English and local languages

Ability to work independently and within a team

Experience using CRMs and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Experience in education or ed-tech industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

CTC (after training): 5 LPA (4 LPA fixed and 1 LPA incentive).
