Job Summary:
As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and supporting the execution of sales strategies. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to build a strong pipeline and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads and opportunities through various channels (online research, networking, cold calling, social media).
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Sales Outreach: Initiate outbound communication via phone, email, or social media to introduce the company's products/services and generate interest.
Market Research & Analysis: Gather market insights and competitive intelligence to support sales strategies and product positioning.
Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups and effective sales processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to leadership.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and nurture relationships.
