The Business Development Associate plays a key role in driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the development of proposals. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the target market.

2. Research and build relationships with new clients.

3. Create, maintain, and update the database of prospective client information.

5. Assist in writing proposals and other documentation as needed for client presentations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4.. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
