Job description
-- Business Development Associate & Executive: Generate leads, nurture client relationships, recommend solutions, negotiate sales, record feedback, and maintain customer databases.
-- Team Leader & Business Development Manager: Manage a team of 10–15, ensure monthly targets are met, conduct meetings, oversee daily operations, and strategize for monthly workflow.
-- Review the sales team performance and explore sales improvement initiatives to achieve the sales targets for the project.
-- Conduct sales review meetings with the sales team on a periodic basis.
-- To recruit good-quality prospective sales candidates and ensure that they are completing probation in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
-Requirements:

-- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
-- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
-- Education: Any Graduation.
