Job Description

1. Lead Generation:

o Conduct research to identify potential clients.

o Use various channels (., social media, networking events, online directories) to generate leads.

2. Client Outreach:

o Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or social media.

o Provide information about FuturEdge Edufincraft’s services and answer client inquiries.

3. Sales Support:

o Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

o Support the Sales Team in follow-ups and closing deals.

4. CRM Management:

o Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

o Record interactions with clients and track progress on sales leads.

5. Target Achievement:

o Work towards achieving the assigned sales targets.

o Understand the incentive structure for over-achievement and strive to exceed targets.

6. Market Analysis:

o Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the team.

o Analyze competitors’ activities and suggest strategic actions.

7. Collaboration:

o Participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on your progress.

o Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional initiatives.
