We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Associate to help us establish partnerships with universities, travel agencies, and potential clients. This role is ideal for freshers, students, or anyone passionate about international education, travel, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Research and connect with universities and travel agencies for potential collaborations

✅ Generate leads and build a database of potential clients

✅ Assist in marketing and social media outreach to promote our services

✅ Develop proposals and presentations for prospective partners

✅ Respond to inquiries from students and travelers, guiding them through our offerings

✅ Collaborate on innovative solutions to enhance client experiences

Skills Required:

✔️ Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication in English (Spanish knowledge is a plus!)

✔️ Sales & Negotiation – Ability to pitch and persuade potential partners and clients

✔️ Research & Analysis – Identifying potential opportunities and market trends

✔️ Networking & Relationship Building – Establishing and maintaining partnerships

✔️ Social Media & Digital Marketing – Familiarity with social platforms for outreach (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

✔️ Self-Motivation & Adaptability – Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment
