The role and what we are looking for
Reach out to warm leads via calls and schedule product demos.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Share product quotations and close deals effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Encourage customer referrals from existing paid users.
Provide exceptional after-sale support.
Share weekly and monthly sales forecasts for probable conversions.
Collect and relay product feedback to the product management team.
Must Haves
Excellent communication skills.
Prior sales experience is preferred.
Strong logical and analytical abilities.
A smart and collaborative team player.
Experience in an early-stage startup is a plus.
Graduate/Postgraduate
