Job Description:
Byju’s is seeking passionate and goal-oriented individuals to join our sales team as a Business
Development Associate (BDA). This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in
India and contribute to the growth of our dynamic organization. As a BDA, you will play a crucial
role in promoting and selling Byju's innovative educational products to potential customers
across the country.
Responsibilities:-
Conducting outbound calls to prospects and effectively communicating the features and
benefits of Byju's products.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
and retention rates.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding product offerings,
pricing, and promotions.
Collaborating with team members and management to identify new sales opportunities
and strategies.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of Byju's products and staying updated on
industry trends.
Utilizing CRM software to track sales activities and update customer information.
Requirements:-
Graduate degree from a recognized university.
Access to a laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a dedicated workspace at
home.
Willingness to undergo a 3-week unpaid probation period.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
