Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships; understand and meet client needs.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets; prepare and deliver proposals.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors; report on sales performance.
Collaboration: Work with marketing and event planning teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful event execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in business development or sales, preferably in event management only.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
