Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate with a passion for sales and a drive to maximize commissions by exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a competitive sales environment and is eager to grow within the clinical or laboratory sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business opportunities by targeting B2B clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Identify customer needs and present tailored laboratory solutions, focusing on clinical diagnostics and phlebotomy services.

Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in clinical sales.

Monitor sales performance and proactively adjust strategies to achieve optimum results.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in clinical sales or B2B sales within the healthcare or laboratory industry (preferred).

Background in phlebotomy or clinical diagnostics is a plus.

Strong understanding of laboratory services and the healthcare market.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve targets.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
