Collaborate with league team secretaries to establish 22 Yards as their official talent scouting partner.
Facilitate talent scouting initiatives, ensuring a robust network within the cricketing community.
 Lead Generation and Booking:
Drive ground bookings throughout the day by effectively handling incoming leads.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and proactive prospecting.
 Onboarding of Grounds and Tournaments:
Strategically onboard additional grounds and tournaments onto the 22 Yards platform.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration and utilization of the platform.
 Market Expansion:
Conduct market research to identify target markets and industries for business expansion.
Actively participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company, promoting our cutting-edge solutions.
 Relationship Building:
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and league organizers.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective business development strategies.
 Presentations:
