Hiring for Female - Business Development Executive in Madurai :

• Being pro-active, self-managed with excellent communication skills.

• Previous IT / Technology sales, would be highly advantageous.

• Identify, qualify and close new business clients

• Booking appointments

• Creating pipeline

• Closing Sales by telephone

• Achieve set revenue targets on a regular basis

• Generating leads by the means of cold calling setting up C level meetings with decision makers

• Aggressive follow up and closing skills.

• Making a presentation of our services.

• Working towards a yearly Revenue and Order Targets which is monitored weekly and monthly

• Strong problem solving negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Track own lead generation and ensure a healthy sales pipeline through the company CRM system

• Account planning in order to develop new business opportunities within client accounts

• Understand and create competitive pricing based on current costing

• Building strong successful relationships with clients

• Confident communicator via telephone and email correspondence

• Multi language communication would be highly advantageous

• Carrying out research via various channels

• Using LinkedIn and other social media platforms to gain information

• Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
