As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sales by developing and maintaining relationships with clients to sell insurance policies that meet their needs. You will receive on-the-job training and guidance from experienced sales Managers to develop the skills necessary to succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and prospecting activities.

Learn how to conduct client needs assessments to understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable insurance policies.

Learn how to communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide solutions to their insurance needs.

Preparing and presenting insurance proposals to clients, explaining coverage details and premiums.

Shadow experienced sales executives in negotiating insurance terms and conditions with underwriters to secure the best possible coverage and rates for clients.

Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure prompt and efficient servicing of clients’ insurance policies.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and insurance policy information in the company’s CRM system.

Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure that clients receive up-to-date and relevant insurance advice.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
