Business Development Executive- Urgent Hiring
We have an urgent requirements on Business Development Executive and BDM profile. The ideal candidate should be a hunter of business opportunities and target based performance.
Must be exceptional in lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Having knowledge of generating business leads through online bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour etc.
* Develop and expand portfolio of clients by networking and marketing.
* Good level of understanding & familiarity with IT industry.
* Create proposals & other marketing documentation.
* Understand the clients requirement and execute accordingly.
* Strong Follow-Ups/Interaction with clients updating them of the progress and discussing new plans.
* Responsible for cold calling to prospects.
* Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skillsAchieving monthly targets.
* To generate maximum business with minimum number of bids maximum Conversion of leads into actual sales.
* Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets through social networking sites like linked-in, Facebook etc.
Required Skills Set:
* Candidate must have good oral and written communication skills.
* Good level of understanding & familiarity with IT industry.
* Setup portfolio and generating revenue through online portals likes Freelancer, Odesk, Elance etc.
* Should preferably be from a technical background OR must have strong technical knowledge.
