As an Executive, Business Development, you will be instrumental in launching and establishing CuddlyBeans Pet products across all relevant channels within the pet care sector. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategically placing CuddlyBeans Pet products in all pet-related channels.
Ensuring consistent product availability across targeted channels.
Planning and achieving monthly/yearly sales targets.
Cultivating and strengthening trade relationships.
Overseeing distribution, primary, and secondary sales.
Executing trade and consumer activations and merchandising programs.
Generating demand through strategic initiatives.
Expanding the network by identifying and adding new outlets.
Managing and nurturing individual distributors for mutual growth.
Monitoring distributor profitability and expenses.
Ensuring timely delivery to consumers.
Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with distributors, trade partners, and key accounts in the assigned territories.
