roles and responsibilities:
*plan and schedule customer calls, visiting ivf labs, hospitals, gyms, schools, and corporate offices.
*develop new customers and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
*strong follow-ups on order booking, new requirements, and payment collection.
*handle customer complaints, communicate with seniors, and provide solutions.
*retain existing customers and generate references.
daily reporting to the reporting system is a must.
*excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with negotiation abilities.
*ready to travel throughout the city, planning tours for maximum area coverage.
*previous experience in sales and marketing is a big plus.
