Manage Telecalling Operations: Oversee daily telecalling activities and ensure targets are met.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls.

Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases and call logs.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on telecalling performance and lead status.

Customer Engagement: Address client inquiries and provide information about products/services.
