As an HR & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing human resources and driving marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, while ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor analysis.
Create and maintain social media presence, managing content creation and scheduling.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
